We linked two streets via a mews style landscaped pedestrian street. This has helped inform both the height and arrangement of the elevations.
The addition of the mews street and contextual elevations have helped to create a balanced and responsive scheme which will benefit the local community.
Through a series of Pre Application meetings, Section 96 and Section 73 applications and the information submitted to discharge planning conditions, we have optimised the scheme, improved the layout design of all units and improved the quality of the detailed design.
