Through a process of engagement sessions, benchmarking activities and forensic observation surveys we established the components they needed to support a positive culture of highly motivated and ambitious individuals. We wanted the brand to play a significant part in the experience of the workplace and achieved this by applying the concept of ‘Wanderlust’ across the entire project, and developed specific themes for each of the floors.
Central to the concept was engineering a variety of social spaces that encouraged trusting relationships to develop. There are four such spaces dotted around the building including a roof terrace bar, two multi-use event spaces and a café. The fifth floor and roof terrace both completed in October 2019, and have been designed around ‘nature’. Spaces such as the Tea Point and Event Space provide employees with retreats that empower wellbeing and collaboration.
