The renovation included a full renovation, exterior rehab, and infrastructure upgrade for a new restaurant tenant. It consisted of replacing a majority of the building structure due to past fire and moisture damage.
The scope consisted of waterproofing the cellar - including installing subsurface drainage system, design of new base building MEP and fire protection, creation of new façade opening for balconies and folding glass doors throughout building. We completed the full expediting scope including Alteration Type 1 Filing to modify use of upper floors and obtain new Certificate of Occupancy.
