Shoaib is responsible for championing health and safety design on all of our UK and International projects, and leads our Safety Design Unit as a standalone service for clients. 

A skilled CDM Design Health and Safety professional, Shoaib has a wealth of experience in various health and safety roles including the management and lead of multiple CDM projects that incorporate building and fire regulations, accessibility requirements, façade access strategies, access for cleaning and maintenance issues, working to various guidance such as CIRIA, RIBA, APS, BRE, CIBSE & HSG and various British standards.

He has in-depth knowledge in the design review of safety management, risk assessments, risk identification and reduction techniques and has worked on projects across a wide spectrum of sectors, including high risk and high rise buildings, masterplan development, commercial buildings, residential, retail, health, education, infrastructure and public realm.
