Ilze sits on the Stategic Board. She is responsible for all financial and tax aspects of the group, including the annual budget and improving current process and controls. She also leads the People and Culture and Studio Support teams.

She has a keen interest in bringing finance to the business, driving a partnership with architecture and design teams to strengthen our foundations for further growth and development. 

Ilze has previous experience as Group Financial Controller at Air Partner Plc; and Commercial Controller and Planning Manager roles at Shell Commercial Fleet and Shell Trading and Shipping respectively.
