Based in our London studio, Howard is an Associate within the Rail and Infrastructure team. He has experience working on the design and delivery of a range of rail projects for Network Rail, London Underground, London Overground, and Docklands Light Rail. These include both new build and refurbishment/extension works to existing stations.

Key recent projects include the Paddington Bakerloo Line Capacity Enhancement delivering a new ticket hall and step free access to Paddington Bakerloo Line station as part of the new Paddington Square development, and the Meridian Water Network Rail Station located in Enfield. During this period Howard has also led the architecture team delivering concept designs for a new station entrance, ticket hall and step free access at Surrey Quays Station for London Overground, part of the East London Line Enhancements Programme, and has assisted our Singapore team with early design work on Tavistock LTA Station.

Howard also has experience in the industrial sector, including rail depots, light manufacturing units and distribution centres.
