Barry is an experienced RIBA Chartered Architect with extensive knowledge of the complexities of building regulations, detailed design, and procurement as a result of his involvement in some of the practice’s largest schemes.

His broad experience includes being a resident architect on site, with a large team, which has brought a practical approach to the preparation of production packages. He has completed a number of projects, including high risk and high rise offices, residential, education and large scale industrial schemes.

As Technical Director, Barry is a key part of the practice’s technical and knowledge management teams, developing in-house systems for creating efficient, compliant design and production information packages.

Barry leads and oversees delivery of Principal Designer role services under the Building Safety Act 2022, to deliver best practice on all design projects, including higher risk buildings.
