Our extensive refurbishment of commercial office building, Victoria Gate in Woking has been shortlisted for the Office Agents Society (OAS) Development Awards. 

Victoria Gate is one of four buildings shortlisted for Best Refurbishment / Regeneration outside of London. The winners will be announced at the awards event on Friday 14th June 2019.

The OAS Development Awards is the only event judged and awarded by agents and property experts who recognise excellence in office development, sustainability and transactions across the wider UK and City of London & West End markets

Scott Brownrigg designed and delivered the original Victoria Gate in 1986 for Norwich Union. Thirty years later, we revisited the building to bring it up to 21st Century standards for the competitive commercial market, with our proposal adding 25% NIA to the footprint.

Recognition for this scheme has included winning a BCO Regional Award and the shortlist for the AJ Retrofit Award.
