The winners of the European Property Awards 2020 were announced digitally on 11 December 2020. Amongst the winners was Skolkovo Park, a Scott Brownrigg-designed world-class business environment near Moscow.
Currently on-site, the development will provide an exceptional business park and a premium setting for business users to locate within. Working closely with the client, Millhouse LLC, Scott Brownrigg have designed a destination that will compete on the global stage, offering a flexible framework that has the ability to adapt over the decades and remain relevant.
"We are glad that Skolkovo Park was so highly appreciated by European urban experts and architects. As we implement the project at a time of global change, we see a transformation of the approach to work and living. Today, many are ready to give up the hustle and bustle of the big city in favour of new locations, where high-quality infrastructure is woven into the atmosphere of country life. The challenges of the pandemic have shown us how important it is in today's world to have open and safe spaces for life, work and recreation."
The annual European Property Awards have celebrated the best commercial and residential real estate projects from Europe, America, Africa and the Middle East for more than 25 years.
This year, more than 80 professionals and experts in real estate, design, construction, as well as journalists and market observers evaluated the submissions. When choosing the best, the innovativeness of the solutions, the quality of architecture and construction, as well as the aesthetic qualities of the projects were all considered.
