On Friday 29 May, Bruce Calton, Group Director of Scott Brownrigg, a former graduate of Oxford Brookes School of Architecture has been invited to open the prestigious End of Year Show.
Always a fantastic showcase of future architectural talent, inspiration and ideas, the end of year show is the culmination of a huge amount of hard work by the students.
The school’s reputation has grown nationally and internationally through research, teaching, live projects and exhibitions helping deliver a talented global graduate to lead in an international market place.
The design work on show is always exceptional, led by Matt Gaskin, the head of the school and the various talented tutors and staff.
Scott Brownrigg participates each year in mentoring Oxford Brookes students, taking two per year to show how an international practice operates, how projects are run and how buildings are delivered on site and for many years Scott Brownrigg has provided two annual awards for Degree and Diploma students recognising the true value of hand drawn ideas and visualisations that best describe a project.
It is a privilege for the practice to be invited to open the show and be associated with the School of Architecture.
