Scott Brownrigg has enhanced its US offering by entering into a collaborative partnership with US based Crown Architecture and Consulting, to provide a turn-key service to developers predominantly in New York. 

 Within the Metro NYC market, land costs and complicated zoning are starting to restrict development opportunities and tighten profit margins. The partnership will provide developers with added value and a highly attractive offering. Crown are experts in maximising zoning approvals, understanding and applying building codes and expediting, all of which help to reduce development and construction delays and unnecessary costs. This knowledge, combined with the award-winning designs and collective expertise of the 250-strong, top 100 global design practice Scott Brownrigg will help fast track the development and renovation cycle for developers. 

 Together Scott Brownrigg and Crown will be targeting specific Residential and Commercial Development, as well as Smart City Thinking for Industrial and Last Mile Hub projects, utilising innovative solutions including Scott Brownrigg’s advanced technology Smart Shed.
