The Optic, a new office and lab building at Peterhouse Technology Park in Cambridge, has topped out onsite.

Designed for British Land, the expansion will provide a single, three-storey building with a new state-of-the-art laboratory and workspace, landscaping, parking and associated infrastructure - widening their offering in the science, technology, and innovation sector.

With a growing demand for lab space in Cambridgeshire, the design reflects our shared commitment to helping achieve the UK’s scientific ambitions and providing leading science and technology businesses with the space they need to grow and flourish. 

Completion is expected in Q1 2025.
