Our Virtual Visits series offer a virtual tour of our designs every week. From freshly finished buildings to those not yet complete, the visits are narrated by the architects involved and offer a unique insight into the brief, concept and design features.
The fifth chapter in the series takes us around Space 1+2 in Woking. Project Director Elizabeth Thompson and Director Ed Hayden are joined by Malcom McPhail, Managing Director at Lamron Estates, as they tour two buildings: the recently completed Space building and its partner building next door which is currently on our design tables.
Space offers open plan flexible floor plates, totaling 87,010 sq ft, over a basement, ground and seven upper floors. The resulting building provides an efficient working environment, considerately designed to provide a space for businesses to thrive. The design brings City-of-London office standards to central Woking, and was recently shortlisted for a British Council for Offices [BCO] South of England and South Wales award.
