Last week, the BCO organised a tour of the newly complete fit-out of Roku offices in Building 2 at Cambridge Science Park, which feature open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms and dry laboratories, a central hub, a café, and a restaurant over 85,000 sq ft.

Designed by Scott Brownrigg, Building 2 is part of two building design that creates a flexible option for both single or multi-tenant occupancy, and a new gateway to Cambridge Science Park. The building acts as an ecosystem, with the physical, virtual, and cultural all working seamlessly together to reinforce each other. Director Ed Hayden delivered a talk discussing the concept design and steps that have been taken to enhance the environmental performance, lifespan, and relevance of the building.
