We believe that everyone, regardless of their background, should have an opportunity to flourish. To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2024, we are teaming up with long-time partners Blueprint for All to host an online event for young people interested in careers in architecture.

We are among the trailblazer practices that led the development of the Modern Apprenticeship Standard for architecture and have been supporting apprenticeships as an equal, alternative route into the profession that has the potential to positively impact social mobility.

You’ll hear from Architect Joanna Koning, newly qualified through the apprenticeship route, and new Level 6 Architectural Assistant Bradley Agyei who will share their experience undertaking the apprenticeship program at Scott Brownrigg.
